Ace Basin Landscape Lighting is a Charleston-area, owner-operated company focused on low-voltage outdoor lighting for homes, paths, live oaks, docks, patios, and gathering spaces.
Joshua May started Ace Basin Landscape Lighting from a love for the outdoors and the kind of quiet Lowcountry mornings that stay with you. The name comes from time spent duck hunting in the Ace Basin (One of the last great places!), looking up before sunrise at all the shooting stars and the beautiful colors the sky turns as the sun begins to rise. It's only natural to think about how special outdoor spaces can feel when the light is right.
That same feeling drives the work: helping people enjoy their homes after sunset, spend more time with friends and family, and create spaces that feel warm, inviting, and cared for. We take pride in going above and beyond because making people happy is the best part of the job.
